Accommodations Program
Short Term Accommodations
Serving the Houston, Texas, and surrounding area
Pre-Transplant
The Pre to Post Transplant Foundation will provide financial assistance to pre-transplant patients to pay for hotel accommodations or RV park accommodations for up to five days during their evaluation near the hospital they have their appointment in.
Post-Transplant
Post-transplant recipients will be qualified for a one-night lodging accommodation per week for up to two months following their discharge from the hospital with a total of eight nights post-transplant.
Caregivers/Family Members
The Pre to Post Transplant Foundation will provide lodging accommodations near the hospital for the recipient’s caregiver/family member at no cost to them for up to five days beginning the day of the transplant surgery. This allows the caregiver/family member to be near the hospital to help care for their loved one.
